THINGS YOU WILL ONLY ENCOUNTER WHILE TRAVELING WITH GREG PFLUG

Just for the record, when your the guide, that means your the first one in the water......
any and all water. Its a good thing I enjoy algae covered mud holes and swamps, much better than exploring some oxygen starved freezing cold mountain. Lots of stuff hiding under the green ooze.

So the last few weeks have been paddling the Suwannee, Northern Withlacochee, Alapaha, Ichetucknee, and the Wacissa. The first week I had the honor of leading 14 high school kids and a few of their teachers from The Fountain Valley School in Colorado. The second week I lead a great bunch of folks from the National Sierra Club down a heap of rivers and springs.
This week is catch up on paper work and one big day trip to Juniper Springs in the Ocala National Forest.

LOL - Love the pics! Can't wait to show these to Jake. What are the exact dates that you need Jake?

I couldn't do it. Blech.
You look like dad.
Lets have coffee sometime soon.

Looks like the green slime I snorkeled with you in Orange Sink. Sorry I missed this one!

BTW - Ellen closed on the Cedar Key condo, so we'll be back there every winter. Maybe you'll have another trip there while we're there. (And let me know the dates of your SC meeting in Chicago.)

Howdy Kim,
Jake will need to be dropped off at Spirit of the Suwannee Campground on April 4 around 3pm. I can drive him home after the trip on the 11th or 12th.

Wow. I hope you checked the depth and locale of underwater rocks before you dove. It would be challenging to be a quad-guide!

thats another bummer of being the guide, having to check out all the dangers first. You don't live to be an old guide making foolish mistakes.
