Get a cat to swim in Lake Superior. |
Greetings From the North Country |
So today I'm trying to get un-relaxed and get busy making lists, cleaning gear, organizing boats, and of course staying in contact with the people I love (yes you).
Cooked 4 Pork Tenderloins on the grill last night for Kim, she misses southern fare. I rubbed the loins with vidalia dressing, creole seasonings, and crushed pecan flour. Mighty tasty!
Derek pick up some Craft Brews from Salt Lake City's newest Brewery "Epic Brewing" www.epicbrewing.com I had the IPA, lager, and pale ale. Just awesome! Hanging out with old friends, Standing by a grill full of pork, cold IPA in my hand, watching the last rays of sunshine glowing on the Wasatch Peaks, and a dry cold breeze giving me goosebumps every few minutes. I swear sometimes I think I have the greatest life possible.
