It was a super hot day for throwing down a bbq for almost

200 bikers. Craig Kennedy, Gator, and myself started setting up around 10am. Scott and Greg Pierce showed up shortly after.  We pre-smoked the 100 pounds of pork ahead of time so we just had to fire up the smokers and warm everything up, it was perfect.
