I tried to get most everything done on my list today. The heat, humidity, and stressed nerves won. In fact my lawn mower is sitting in the middle of my backyard where I threw in the towel and walked away. My computer is resting on four inches of snail mail that needs opened and probably replied to.

The good news is it looks like we have a renter for the new house. What a big stress relief. For the last few months I've created a mantra that I run over and over in my head:
"I will succeed because I will work the hardest".

Now that the house is rented my mantra for the rest of the year will be:
"I will make fun a part of everything I do".
