Wow! What a great night to go kayaking. I lead 20 folks on a kayaking trip last night to Indian river/mosquito lagoon to check out the bioluminescent or "living Light". I've played and paddled in the bioluminescent before, however, last night it light up wicked bright. The schools of mullet running and jumping were like yellow and green rocketts. My son Sam freked out when a giant manatee swam under our canoe. Afterwards Sam told me he wanted to go swimming naked so he could watch his body GLOW.
It was so great that I'm planning on taking my sisters family out tonight to check it out.
